When We Are Closedclosed

If you need a doctor in an emergency when the health centre is closed please telephone the medical centre (0121 427 5201). A recorded message will tell you how to get in touch with the out-of-hours service.

You can also attend the South Birmingham GP Walk-In Centre, 15 Katie Road, Selly Oak B29 6JG, Tel: 0121 415 2095. The walk in centre is open every day, including weekends and Bank Holidays from 8.00am to 7.00pm. This service is free of charge for advice and treatment.

NHS 111

In the case of urgent need when the practice is closed you can also call 111. Your needs will be assessed and advice offered or arrangements made for you to see a doctor.

Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
